Lorraine has over 20 years of experience with GPS technology and the corrections industry. Other highlights include nearly two decades as a probation officer and field training officer, and she is Crisis Intervention Team certified. She worked on the country’s first Domestic Violence GPS program with a coordinated law enforcement response. Lorraine is involved in multiple community-supporting initiatives, including the Orange County Domestic Violence Task Force, and is the president of First Step of the 18th Judicial Circuit, helping recently-released offenders get back on their feet. She holds a BA in Criminal Justice from the University of Central Florida. Lorraine has a passion for maintaining public safety, fueled by providing alternatives to incarceration so offenders can remain in the community. She enjoys collaborating with law enforcement agencies to improve and implement electronic monitoring programs.

Angela has over 16 years of experience in the community supervision industry. Throughout her career, Angela has held various customer-facing positions including customer service representative, lead shift representative, customer service coordinator, business process analyst, solutions center manager, and implementation manager. All of these positions have contributed to her broad knowledge base regarding the corrections industry. Angela holds a degree in criminal justice and has served as a volunteer with both the Humane Society as well as her local chapter of the National Parent Teacher Organization. When not working at Corrisoft, Angela stays very busy as a wife and mother. She is the proud mother of a daughter active in soccer and a son who is a multi-sport athlete.

Meg boasts over 20 years of service industry experience and has spent a majority of her time managing and developing various operational teams. As a director of sales and marketing for Hilton, DoubleTree, and Sheraton, she and her teams built a loyal customer base by providing excellent customer service and continuously striving to meet or exceed customer expectations. Since becoming part of the Corrisoft team, Meg has seen the company grow from its infancy stages into an industry pioneer. She most recently served as the AIR Support Call Center team lead while also assisting in implementation projects, training of internal and external users, and user-acceptance testing of software. Meg has a real passion for the company’s mission and truly believes that Corrisoft is making a difference; one participant at a time, one day at a time.

Jessica has over 5 years of customer service and operations management experience. While working in the skincare industry, she learned the value of delivering superior customer service to a wide range of internal customers. Working in the corrections field has inspired Jessica to become more involved in the community where she lives and works. She earned her bachelor’s degree in business management from Brenau University. During college Jessica held various leadership roles, including being President of Lambda Chapter of Alpha Delta Pi.
