Job Description
Under the direction of a team lead, each Call Center Representative is responsible for providing technical support and electronic monitoring services to law enforcement and community supervision agencies assisting individuals with their reintegration into society. Call Center Representatives assist in monitoring offenders, answering agency questions related to electronic monitoring hardware and software, and assisting agencies by following established protocol responses. Successful applicants must be able to utilize sophisticated technology and understand Corrisoft’s focus to improve community supervision utilizing the AIR platform. Corrisoft’s training process is detailed and comprehensive.

Job Responsibilities

Job Requirements
Education and Experience
Associate’s degree or equivalent work experience in the criminal justice field
At least 2 years experience in a non-retail customer service role
Experience in technical support and troubleshooting
Customer service experience may be substituted with two-years experience in the criminal justice field (e.g. corrections, law enforcement, or pre-trial)
At least 1 year experience using a computer in a work or academic setting
